She utilized leadership and management skills, and as well as led a sales team in consistently exceeding sales goals and provided exceptional performance. She also founded and managed her own successful E-commerce enterprise for years under the age of 30, gained valuable professional business experience as a segue into the Real Estate profession. Her experiences provided her with the meaning of what it takes to work hard, necessity for success in the real estate business. In her spare time, Lei loves to explore nature and capture beautiful landscape photos, and enjoys fishing and crabbing as one of her favorite leisure activities. She also describes herself as a Bay Area foodie!
